I am currently involved in a project about professional development for business leaders who are proactive about personal character, trustworthiness and authenticity.

It is about meeting the demands of a future where pep-talks and inspirational entertainment will no longer be enough to sustain us over the course of a life-long successful career.

I am convinced that personal success will be increasingly hard pressed if we keep focusing on how well we can play hard, move fast, and talk smart.

We must be very intentional about professional development if we want to stay in the game over the long haul, and if we want enjoy it. I say we must build our careers on the solid ground of qualities like integrity, reflection and personal substance.
